This license is granted by SRMBOK Pty Ltd (“SRMBOK”) to the organization named as the subscriber on a current, fully paid SRMBOK Training & Organizational License subscription (“the Licensee”).

Proof of license. This document is valid only together with proof of a current subscription: a purchase receipt, invoice, or subscription confirmation email from SRMBOK naming the Licensee organization. That proof, together with this document, constitutes the complete license record. No countersignature or separate certificate is required. The subscription must be held in the name of the organization exercising these rights.

1. Grant. SRMBOK grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to (a) access all resources in the SRMBOK Library; (b) reproduce and distribute SRMBOK guides, templates, and information sheets, in unmodified form, to students enrolled in courses delivered by the Licensee; and (c) distribute the same materials internally to the Licensee's own employees and contractors for training and operational use.

2. What this license does not permit. The Licensee may not sell SRMBOK materials as standalone products, sublicense or transfer distribution rights to any other organization, remove copyright notices or branding, publish materials on the open internet, or represent SRMBOK materials as the Licensee's own work. Students and staff who receive materials under this license receive them for personal use only and acquire no distribution rights.

3. Attribution. Materials must be distributed with SRMBOK branding and copyright notices intact. The Licensee may state in its course documentation that materials are “provided under license from SRMBOK (www.srmbok.com).”

4. Term and renewal. The license period is the current subscription period, and distribution rights apply only while the subscription remains current and fully paid. If the subscription lapses, materials already distributed to enrolled students may remain with those students, but no new distribution may occur unless the subscription is renewed.

5. Updates. The Licensee is encouraged to distribute the current version of each resource. SRMBOK adds and updates resources regularly; all updates during the license period are included.

6. Ownership. All intellectual property in SRMBOK materials remains with SRMBOK Pty Ltd and Julian Talbot. This license grants use rights only.
